What’s a "connected account"?
One email inbox and its linked calendar. Connect your Gmail and you get both the inbox and Google Calendar. Connect Outlook and you get both. Each account is one connection.
Can I add LinkedIn to the Starter plan?
Yes. Add LinkedIn to any plan for $39/mo per profile. The Professional plan includes one LinkedIn profile, making it the better deal if you need both email and LinkedIn.
Is the meeting notetaker included, or an add-on?
Included, on every plan, at no extra cost. EA joins the video calls on your calendar, writes the summary, decisions and action items, and drafts a recap you approve before it goes to the attendees. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and Webex.
Which email providers are supported?
Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and any provider that supports IMAP.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access on your chosen plan. Add your card at signup, but you won't be charged until your trial ends. Cancel anytime before then.
Is my data safe?
Every tenant gets isolated AES-256-GCM encryption. Your emails, calendar events, and LinkedIn messages are never used to train AI models and never shared with third parties.
Can I switch plans or add accounts later?
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or add accounts from your dashboard. Changes apply immediately and billing adjusts pro-rata.
How does texting work?
EA handles texts through your own phone number. You install a small app on your Mac, and EA reads incoming texts and sends approved replies through your Messages app. Your Mac needs to be on for texting to work, and one-on-one text conversations are supported at launch (no group threads or photos yet). Nothing is ever sent without your approval rules saying so.
Do WhatsApp and Instagram use my own accounts?
Yes. You connect your own WhatsApp and Instagram through a secure connection (a quick QR scan for WhatsApp). EA reads and replies as you, from your real accounts. No new numbers, no separate profiles.
Can I add channels during my free trial?
Yes. Add-ons are free during your trial. When the trial ends, they bill at $29/mo each alongside your plan, and you can remove them anytime.
